Green Towns Namibia

GAWA is teaming up with international partners Coalition for a Sustainable Africa (CSAfrica) and Tree Media for an on the ground action campaign, and reality television show and documentary film for theatrical distribution, called GREEN TOWNS NAMIBIA bringing ‘11th Hour Action’ to Africa.
GREEN TOWNS NAMIBIA is the first of a series of programs in Africa combining sustainable action and media documentation. From the perspective of the creators of the film, ‘Leonardo DiCaprio’s The 11th Hour’ the solutions rest within the human spirit and that the healing of Mother Africa is the task of our time.

In partnership with the government of Namibia and the BBC, our team will provide education, consultation, energy audits, solar evaluation, recycling programs and other hands-on-support to transform African Towns, one town at a time. GREEN TOWNS NAMIBIA will be a resource, a support center, a film documentary or reality television show, web portal and social action campaign that follow real change, on the ground.
